Thank you for your interest in this study about hemophilia. This study is conducted by Oracle Health and Life Sciences, an independent research company, on behalf of Sanofi, and in collaboration with Global Perspectives who will be responsible for recruiting participants and conducting the study interview. 

Please note that your participation in this study is entirely voluntary (your choice). You can refuse to participate now or at any point during the study and this decision will not be held against you in any way.

For this study, adult participants will complete a 15-minute pre task survey and a 45-minute one-on-one interview with a moderator which will be conducted via Brainstork.

In appreciation for your time, participants will receive compensation of $180 upon completion of the interview.

Before we invite you to participate, we will ask you to answer some eligibility questions to make sure the study is relevant to you and your relative, and your profile aligns with the study population we would like to recruit.

By starting the eligibility questionnaire, you understand and agree to the following:

• My participation is voluntary, and I am free to withdraw at any time without giving any reason, without any impact on my legal rights.
• Any information I give will be kept confidential. No answers will be attributable to me as an individual. My personal information, including my name and my contact details will not be passed on to any other organization without my permission.
• If I am qualified, I will be directed to a Participant Informed Consent Form to provide my consent to participate in a 15-minute pre-interview task and a 45-minutes audio-recorded one-one interview with a moderator. There may be observers from the research team during the one-on-one interview but I will be notified of this prior to the start of interview.
• If I am not qualified to participate or decide to withdraw from the eligibility questionnaire or do not wish to continue to the interview after the completion of the eligibility questionnaire, my eligibility data will not be kept for the study analysis and be deleted 30 days after the completion of the study’s data collection.
• I have the right to refuse to answer questions or withdraw at any time.
• I agree with the conditions mentioned above and I am happy to proceed first with the eligibility questionnaire on this basis.
